CNC Thread Whirling Lathe with Syntec Controller for The Worm Shaft Machining XSK-80

1. Whirling milling head frame: The Whirlwind milling head frame is a TC-63E milling head produced by our company, with an internal cutting structure. The milling head is driven by a 4KW asynchronous motor through a belt to the position of the cutter head, using high-speed milling. The cutterhead is forged from high-quality alloy steel and subjected to heat treatment process. Machine clamp cutting tools are selected for quick tool replacement.

2. Chuck and tailstock: Select standard three jaw chuck and tailstock.
